1. Call to Order

2. Approval of April 4, 2024 Minutes – Approved 

​

3. Treasury Report – The beginning balance in April was $22,008.56. We paid Nistenhaus $100 for flowers, $150 for website maintenance, Global Insurance $1,350.30, STL directories $134. CTM $360, Google ads, $36.42 and Google ads $50, leaving a balance of $19, 877.84. 

​

4. Website Update – The website traffic has doubled; we are not having problems with the site. SEO builds overtime.

 

5. Neighborhood Directories – The directories are working. Mark will investigate advertising in the college newspapers. 

​

6. Travelers Insurance – Audit for the prior year, one-year behind. Shashi sent copies of the receipts for payments for security services for the Caravan in May 2023. 

​
